The pineal gland is one of the greatest secrets hidden from us and the secret is not that the gland exists, but about its function. More and more people are waking up, are you too? There is so much around us these days that calcifies your pineal gland, it’s actually scary if you start looking at how much there is!

Therefore, it’s vital that we take a few steps in trying to help detox, or at least cancel out the influences that are rapidly calcifying our pineal glands. We have the power to combat all dense energy. Become aware, choose, and create. Let’s take a deep dive into the 15 ways to detox your pineal gland.

WHAT IS THE PINEAL GLAND?

A lot of you know the pineal gland is said to be the gland that connects us to all that is, God, or source (whatever you choose to call it). If you travel deep into the center of your brain, you’ll find a tiny pinecone-shaped gland that is responsible for how we sleep, make decisions, and perceive reality. This is your pineal gland.

Your pineal gland is part of the endocrine system in your brain, and it plays an important role in regulating almost every function in your body, including reproduction, executive function, growth, body temperature, blood pressure, sensory and motor activity, sleep, mood, immune function, appetite, and longevity.

Diagram of where the pineal gland is located

The gland sits at the level of the third eye (6th chakra) and it is also associated with perception, thoughts, morality, intuition, and even clairvoyance.

IN FACT…

French philosopher Rene Descartes believed that the pineal gland housed the soul or contained it, he defined it as “The seat of the soul.” His proposal arises because the pineal gland is not bilaterally duplicated in the body, and also believed (erroneously) that it was exclusive to humans.

The “secret pineal” a substance called DMT (dimethyltryptamine) is also known as the spiritual molecule that curiously releases into the “fast eye motion” phase that happens when we are dreaming and is responsible for visualizing images in dreams. When there is no light, the pineal gland produces melatonin from serotonin. It is related to regulating vigil and sleep cycles and serves to counteract the effects of time zone difference syndrome (jet lag).

The DMT is so powerful that it can carry man’s consciousness through “dimensions.” In the immediate state before death, a lot of DMT is produced, so you are credited with the ability to enter consciousness into higher dimensions. You achieve mystical states, it’s the most powerful hallucinogenic or entheogenic found in the wild, is in all plants and animals and has a profound effect on consciousness. Meditation offers the portal to practice and grow your connection, consciousness and abilities in higher dimensions of being, what we would call “supernatural” these days.

SIGNS YOUR PINEAL GLAND IS CALCIFIED

Unlike the rest of your brain, your pineal gland is not separated from the rest of the body by the blood brain barrier. It actually has one of the richest supplies of blood, so it is not protected from toxins that can build up in the body over time.

Unfortunately, your pineal gland is prone to calcification because of the processed food we consume and the fluoride in our water. When the pineal gland calcifies, you are increasing your risk for a host of health concerns, including neurological diseases such as depression, dementia, anxiety disorder, Parkinson’s disease, and many more that I will list below.

  1. Impaired circadian rhythms
  2. Headaches or migraines
  3. Difficulty with sense of direction
  4. Changes in fertility
  5. Osteoporosis
  6. Seasonal affective disorder (SAD)
  7. Depression and/or anxiety
  8. Other mood disorders
  9. Neurological disorders
  10. Unable to remember dreams
  11. Low melatonin levels

As you can see, the pineal gland is linked to so many aspects of our performance. When we can work to detox and decalcify the pineal gland, we can see an increase in our performance.

15 WAYS TO DETOX YOUR PINEAL GLAND

1. Avoid Fluoride

Fluoride is the biggest enemy for the pineal gland, and it’s added to just about every water source unless you are consciously filtering it out through deionization or distillation processes. It’s also in almost every toothpaste, unless you’re buying fluoride free toothpaste. Fluoride accumulates in the pineal gland and calcifies it, decreasing the function of the gland. Because of this, we want to eliminate as many sources as we can. Instead of taking more things to protect the body, we can just eliminate the things that cause the buildup of fluoride.

“The results suggest that fluoride may be a developmental neurotoxicant that affects brain development at exposures much below those that can cause toxicity in adults.”

2. Choose organic

One way to detoxify the pineal gland is by choosing organic foods whenever possible. Organic farming practices avoid the use of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers that can contaminate soil and water sources. As a result, organic produce tends to have lower levels of harmful chemicals than conventionally grown produce.

3. Limit or remove alcohol

Alcohol can have negative effects on the pineal gland, including reducing its ability to produce melatonin and disrupting circadian rhythms. Eliminating alcohol from your diet can help improve your mental clarity, reduce stress levels, improve sleep quality, and promote overall well-being. By reducing or eliminating alcohol intake altogether, you may experience an increase in energy levels as well as improved cognitive function.

4. Add raw apple cider vinegar

Raw apple cider vinegar is a natural metal detoxifier. It contains acetic acid and malic acid, which are thought to help support the health of the pineal gland. These acids may help to detoxify the body by removing harmful toxins that can accumulate in the pineal gland over time.

5. Mitigate mercury

Mercury is a toxic heavy metal found in various sources such as fish, dental fillings, cosmetics, and industrial emissions. Therefore, it’s essential to mitigate mercury for the pineal gland. Here are some ways to do so:

A informational chart on 5 signs you need to detox your pineal gland
  • Limit fish consumption: Fish can contain high levels of mercury due to water pollution. It’s recommended to avoid or limit consuming predatory fish such as shark, swordfish, king mackerel, and tuna.
  • Avoid dental amalgam fillings: Dental amalgam fillings contain about 50% mercury by weight and release vapors that can be absorbed by the body. Consider using composite or ceramic fillings instead.
  • Detoxify regularly: Chelation therapy is a medical treatment that removes heavy metals from the body through intravenous infusion of chelating agents like EDTA or DMPS. You can also try natural detox methods such as activated charcoal, cilantro juice or supplements like N-acetyl cysteine (NAC), alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) or milk thistle (liver detox support).
  • Use non-toxic personal care products: Many cosmetics and personal care products contain mercury as preservatives or pigments. Look for natural alternatives without harsh chemicals.
  • Improve air quality: The air we breathe can also contain mercury from coal-fired power plants or incinerator emissions; use air purifiers with HEPA filters at home or workplaces.

6. Eat foods high in chlorophyll

Chlorophyll is the green pigment found in plants that allows them to photosynthesize sunlight into energy. It has been shown to have antioxidant properties and can help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.

Here are some high-chlorophyll foods that you can incorporate into your diet:
  • Leafy greens: Spinach, kale, collard greens, parsley, and other leafy greens are rich sources of chlorophyll. They’re also packed with vitamins and minerals that support overall health.
  • Algae: Spirulina and chlorella are types of freshwater algae that contain high levels of chlorophyll. They’re often sold as supplements or added to smoothies for their nutrient-dense properties.
  • Wheatgrass: This young grass from the wheat plant is another potent source of chlorophyll. It can be consumed as a juice or powder for maximum benefits.
  • Broccoli sprouts: These tiny sprouts are not only delicious but also rich in sulforaphane, a compound that has been shown to support healthy brain function.
  • Matcha tea: This Japanese green tea is made from finely ground whole tea leaves and contains high levels of chlorophyll along with antioxidants and caffeine for an energy boost.
  • You can also choose to supplement. This is my absolute FAVORITE BRAND!

7. Add in raw cacao

Multiple scientific studies show that raw cacao, rich in flavonoids, helps decrease blood pressure and improve blood vessel health. Cold-pressing unroasted cocoa beans make raw cacao powder. So to get the desired effects on your pineal gland detox, you want raw cacao, ideally organic. You can try NOW Real Food® – Organic Raw Cacao Powder.

8. Reduce exposure to EMF’s

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classifies electromagnetic fields (EMFs) as ‘possibly carcinogenic’ to humans that might transform normal cells into cancer cells. The pineal gland is likely to sense EMFs as light but, as a consequence, may decrease the melatonin production. I’ve broken down in great detail the many ways you can protect yourself from EMF’s in this blog post.

9. Take Iodine

Iodine is an essential mineral required for thyroid hormone synthesis and proper metabolism. It also is one of the most efficient removers (chelators) of heavy metals from the body. Iodine chelates heavy metals such as mercury, lead, cadmium, and aluminum as well as fluoride. Recent studies suggest that iodine may also play a role in regulating the pineal gland’s function. The easiest way to increase your iodine intake is through iodine supplementation and the consumption of kelp and algae-related foods.

10. Add oregano oil

Research supports oregano oil as a powerful tool against microbes and other harmful organisms. By supporting immune function, your body will more successfully remove harmful organisms before it can attack tissue like the pineal gland. This reduces the chance of gland calcification. Plus, oregano oil cleanses your system so you’ll enjoy better health.

11. Sun gazing

Timing is very important. Only sun gaze within the first 60 minutes of the sunrise and within the last 60 minutes of sunset. Stand barefoot while sun gazing. Solar rays are full of energy and information. Standing with your feet on the earth or submerged in natural bodies of water like a surge protector for the body. It helps to ground the energy. The sun is vital for your health.

12. Consume herbs

There are many herbs and spices that can be added to your food or taken as a supplement to help detox the pineal gland and rid it of excess calcium, fluoride, and other harmful substances. Some, like turmeric, neutralize the toxicity found in fluoride. Others, like St. John’s wort, have high levels of melatonin. And yet others, like thyme, are good to use in conjunction with certain supplements. Thyme is especially important to use when taking iodine supplements, for example, because it helps prevent calcium deficiency.

13. Avoid Blue Light

When exposed to blue light at night, the pineal gland becomes confused and its ability to produce melatonin can be impaired. This can lead to disrupted sleep patterns, insomnia, and other health problems. To avoid blue light and detox your pineal gland, read these important tips here.

14. Meditate

Meditation offers numerous physical and mental benefits including detoxifying effects on the Pineal Gland; incorporating mindful practices into daily routines will improve overall well-being not just limited only towards improving Pineal Gland functioning but also other crucial aspects like reducing stress levels which ultimately lead towards better sleeping habits among many other benefits.

15. Fulvic Acid

Fulvic acid works by chelating heavy metals and other toxins from the body, helping to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the pineal gland. It also helps to increase circulation and oxygenation of cells, which can improve overall brain function and boost cognitive performance. To use fulvic acid as a detox agent for your pineal gland, you can take supplements or drink fulvic acid-rich water. You can also add fulvic acid powder or drops to your food or drinks.

CONCLUSION

The government does not want us to expand our consciousness. If we begin to recognize that we are powerful souls that CREATE our reality, it will take away their power to enslave us.

This is why there is fluroide in the water, chemtrails in the sky reflecting HAARP energy to affect our minds, aspartame in our food, and GMO’s. This is why we are bombarded with distractions to keep our minds occupied with things that don’t matter, they don’t want us to think AT ALL.

It’s time to take back control of ourselves and start on a path to detox your pineal gland and the rest will fall into place. I hope this helps bring you to your highest state!

LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS BELOW AND SPREAD THE WORD 🙂
