It is best to be prepared when it comes to natural remedies, so have some of these on hand to avoid missing early treatment and to reduce the panic. I love helping parents make better choices for themselves and their families. Some of these may be repeats from the adult section because you can give some of those to your kids as well. Other things to consider aside from supplements is their diet, sleep habits, indoor air quality, routines at home, blue light/screens, movement and creative play, etc.
